SENATE BILL NO. 49 "An Act relating to commemorative license                                                                    
plates celebrating Alaska's 50th anniversary as a state; and providing                                                          
for an effective date" was read the second time.                                                                                
                                                                                                                                
Senator McGuire, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                                               
adoption of the State Affairs Committee Substitute offered on page 86.                                                          
Without objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 49(STA) was                                                                           
adopted.                                                                                                                        
                                                                                                                                
Senator Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be                                                              
considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final                                                             
passage. Without objection, it was so ordered.
